Eine Werbung, mit denen ein Konkurrent den Verbrauchern anbietet, Rabatt-Coupons von anderen Mitbewerbern mit „10% auf alles“ auch in seinen Geschäften einzulösen, stellt zwar eine erhebliche, indes ohne Weiteres noch keine „gezielte“ Behinderung der betroffenen Mitbewerber i. S. v. § 4 Nr. 10 UWG dar. Es bleibt der freien Entscheidung des Verbrauchers überlassen, ob er den Rabatt-Coupon beim Werbenden oder beim Mitbewerber einlöst.…
